Wordpress User Role : สิทธิของผู้ใช้งาน wordpress ในระดับต่างๆ

สิทธิทั้งหมดของ WordPress มีอะไรบ้าง เริ่มทางนี้ครับ

1.Super Admini
2.Administrator
3.Editor
4.Author
5.Contributor
6.Subscriber

1. Subscriber

ตรงนี้คือระดับของผู้ที่เข้ามากดเพื่อรับข่าวสารจากทาง wordpress ของเราครับ ตรงนี้ความสามารถนั้นน้อยมากเพราะจะทำได้แค่ อ่านเนื้อหา เท่านั้น อ่อแล้วก็มีสิทธิในเรื่องของการจัดแต่ง Profile ของตัวเองได้อีกด้วยครับ ดังนั้น Subscriber จะเป็นใครก็ได้ที่สนใจในเว็บไซต์ของเรา แล้วเข้ามากดเพื่อรับข่าวสารจากทางเรา เวลาที่เรามีการ update ต่างๆ ส่วนนี้จึงจะเป็นส่วนที่อยู่นอกระบบที่สุดครับ

2.Contributor
ระดับของตำแหน่งนี้เริ่มเข้าสู่ระบบของเราเรียบร้อยแล้วครับ เค้าทำได้มากกว่าการอ่าน เพราะเค้าสามารถเขียนได้ด้วย แต่การเขียนของระบบ contributor นั้นจะยังไม่สามารถ Post ขึ้นไปบนระบบได้เลยในทีเดียวครับ จะต้องผ่านการตรวจทานจากเหล่าผู้ตรวจทานท่านอื่นๆที่มี ยศ สูงกว่านี้ก่อน เช่น Editor ครับ แต่ปัญหาก็คือถึงจะเขียนได้แต่ก็เขียนได้ไม่สะดวกครับ  เพราะไม่สามารถอัพโหลดไฟล์ต่างๆได้ดังใจซะอีก ดูๆไปแล้วก็คือคนที่ช่วยขึ้นข้อความ ขึ้นโครงร่างอะไรประมาณนั้นครับ เป็นคนเขียนที่มีระดับต่ำต้อยที่สุดเลย

3.Author
สำหรับตำแหน่งนี้ แค่ชื่อก็บอกแล้วครับว่าเป็น คนเขียน ดังนั้นระดับนี้จึงมีส่วนสำคัญสำหรับเหล่านักเผยแพร่ข้อมูลมากครับ เพราะจะสามารถ พิมพ์ข้อมูลได้ สามารถ Upload File ได้ สามารถอ่านได้ สามารถ publish หรือเผยแพร่บทความได้ สามารถปรับแต่งได้ สามารถลบได้ถ้าเขียนแล้ว อืม…ยังไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจนี่นาลบซะเลย…. แต่ลบได้ แก้ไขได้เฉพาะของตัวเองเท่านั้นนะครับ ของคนอื่นทำไม่ได้นะ….แต่ตรงนี้เราจะเเห็นว่าเค้าจะมี plugin แสดงรูป author หรือคนที่เขียนบทความนั้นๆด้านล่างของ post นั้นๆด้วยนะครับ

4.Editor
ตรงนี้ถ้าผมเข้าใจไม่ผิดน่าจะเป็นระบบดียวกันกับพวก บก. หนังสือต่างๆคือจะมีสิทธิในการดูแล ตรวจสอบ ปรับแต่ แก้ไข ลบ ปิด เผยแพร่ บทความของทุกๆคนที่อยู่ในระบบของเรานั้นทีเดียว โอ้…อำนาจมากมายครับ ดังนั้นเวลา contributor เขียนอะไรขึ้นมาก็ต้องผ่านมือท่านนี้ก่อน แต่ถึงจะเป็นระดับของ author แล้ว editor ก็ยังต้องตรวจสอบก่อนอยู่นั้นเองแหละครับ……ไม่ธรรมดา  ทีนี้มาดูความพิเศษที่มีมากกว่านั้นกันสำหรับ Editor ครับ
Editor สามารถดูแลเรื่องของ Comment ใน Post ต่างๆได้ด้วยครับ
Editor สามารถดูแลจัดการกับ Link ต่างๆในระบบได้ด้วย
Editor สามารถดูแลจัดการส่วนของ Categories ที่มีอยู่ในเว็บอีกต่างหาก
Editor สามารถดูแลจัดการและสร้าง Page ต่างๆได้ด้วย

Editor สามารถดูแลในส่วนของ Private Post จากคนอื่นๆที่ยังไม่เผยแพร่ได้ด้วย

5.Administrator
ระดับนี้ถือว่าเป็นระดับที่สูงที่สุดหากคุณทำระบบแบบเว็บเดี่ยวไม่ใช้ Multisite ดังนั้นถือว่าเป็นระดับที่มีความสำคัญสูงสุดยอดไม้สอยกันเลยทีเดียว เอาเป็นว่าขอลดข้อความให้สั้นลงหน่อย นั้นก็คือ administrator สามารถทำได้ทุกอย่างเท่าที่คนอื่นๆที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นทำได้ ทีนี้งั้นเราก็มาดูความสามารถที่แตกต่างไปจากคนอื่นๆของระดับ administrator กันครับ
administrator สามารถ ติดตั้ง แก้ไข ดูแล ลบ อัพเดท Plugin ได้ activate ได้
administrator สามารถสร้างผู้ใช้ในระดับต่างๆได้แก้ไขข้อมูลต่างๆได้ลบ user ได้
administrator ลบ แก้ไข เผยแพร่ Page ได้
administrator สามารถเข้าไปปรับแต่ง Dashboard ได้
administrator Edit File ต่างๆได้ลบได้
administrator ปรับแต่ง Theme ได้ แก้ไขได้
administrator Import File ต่างๆเข้ามาสู่ระบบได้
administrator export file ต่างๆออกจากระบบได้

6.Superadmin

พูดง่ายๆให้สั้นเข้าไว้ คือ ทำได้ทุกอย่างที่ administrator ทำได้ครับ แตกต่างตรงที่สามารถสร้างเครือข่ายได้ ในระบบของ multisite นั้นเอง

It is simply too short to do everything . different in that the administrator can not be created in a multisite network itself.
